The parte manata Cotto has become, with time, our signature here at Fornace Calandrelli.
The brick is assembled leaving in sight not the rough and rustic part, but rather the opposite one where the craftsman with wet hands leaves his signature.
At first seen as a curious novelty, over the years it has become a real finish much loved by the purists of Cotto.
